Defining a goal

I’m circling in on what my consulting business elevator pitch will be and I’m accepting any and all feedback on whether or not you have any idea of what I mean when I make the following statements. Consider this your opportunity to help crowdsource a goal line.

Andrew Miller Consulting works with organizations to draw out their organizational narrative, the story that links all of the functional work groups and, more importantly, all of the individuals participating in that good work. By developing this narrative through collaborative face to face engagement and online tools the organization discovers how to utilize internal community knowledge. The result is greater efficiency and innovation along with a renewed spirit of mission from all process stakeholders.

That’s the idea. What are your thoughts? Hit me up directly or leave a comment below. Don’t worry, I’ll be posting up a full arsenal of what I’ll do to make this happen in the very near future but I need something that my advocates can tell a friend if the subject comes up.

If you need something more “concrete” here are the types of services I look to participate in:

  • Digital storytelling (developing websites/portals/communities of interest) that allow for knowledge management/sharing and learning as defined by an organizations mission and needs.
  • Facilitation of meetings and workshops with the goal of realigning organizations in such a way to build community and collaboration.
  • Moderation of organizational discussions about internal collaboration and sharing and community of interest growth.
  • Change and Trust management facilitation.
  • Implementation of social media collaboration tools.

So, that mostly covers it. Of course for my own well being I’ll continue to write and work on my book projects and freelance work. I think that’s about it for now.
